We offer free shipping for all country, including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
Delivery Time
(1)Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on location)
Normally, orders will be dispatched within 0–1 business days once the payment is confirmed. Shipping takes 3–6 days, and delivery is expected within 3–7 days.
(2)Accessories are free to deliver and it will take about 3-7 working days to arrive. Accessories order with our products may come in separate deliveries since it come from different warehouses, including helmet, seat or something else.
Where is the shipping warehouse ?
For electric scooter, we ship from our warehouse in Germany.
All orders include free shipping. While we generally use DPD, DHL, or FedEx, the shipping carrier may be adjusted when necessary without separate notification.

Shipping Insurance
We are responsible for the safe delivery of your parcel only during transit. Once your package has been delivered and received, our shipping insurance will no longer be valid. Please note that shipping insurance covers the parcel while it is in transit and does not extend once delivery is completed.
Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of returns or cancellations.
Change of Delivery Address
Procedure
If you need to change your delivery address, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.
2. Place a new order with the correct shipping address.
3. We will cancel the incorrect order and initiate a refund accordingly.

Address Change Fee
A processing fee applies to address change requests:

5% of the order value
(This includes cancellation fees, payment platform transaction fees, and manual handling costs.)
The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund upon cancellation.
Signed for deliveries
All electric scooter orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent. All electric scooter deliveries will need to be signed for, whether by yourself, household member or a neighbour.
Failed deliveries
If you are away from the delivery address and a neighbour cannot sign for your delivery, then our chosen courier will contact you or leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery, or collection from the local depot.
Incorrect delivery details
iScooter cannot be held responsible if a customer inputs any incorrect address details on their order, which causes the item to be delivered incorrectly. The customer assumes full responsibility for all delivery details supplied at point of order.
If you think that you have entered incorrect delivery details after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as quickly as possible with your order number so that we can help to rectify the issue.
Logistics tracking
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact locations of your shipment, please track your items on the carrier's official website.
About taxes
Tax is charged by Customs offices in the destination country based on their rules and policies. customer is responsible for finding out the situation in their country. Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
