Note: After the warranty period ends, the cost of replacement parts will be the responsibility of the customer.
🛡️Warranty Policy
✅ Warranty Eligibility
Products are covered under warranty only if all of the following conditions are met:
1.The product was purchased from the official iScooter store. (Items bought second-hand or from unauthorized sellers are not covered.)
2.The product is still within the applicable warranty period (see table below).
3.The issue is due to a manufacturing defect or inherent fault in materials or workmanship.
4.A valid warranty card or proof of purchase is provided and matches the product.
❌ Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
1.Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper operation, or failure to follow the user manual (usage, storage, maintenance).
2.Accessories (including separately purchased or gifted items) are not covered.
3.Exposure to light rain or shallow puddles is acceptable; extended exposure to rain or water immersion is not covered.
4.Using unauthorized parts, disassembling, or modifying the product by non-authorized personnel will void the warranty.
5.Accidental damage from overspeeding, overloading, or improper storage.
6.Product replacement is not included under the warranty.
7.Extended Warranty refers to prolonged service support, not an extension of the return/exchange period.

📝Extended Warranty Notice
Please note that the Extended Warranty offers prolonged support services but does not extend the return or exchange period.
This includes:
- Product diagnostics
- Paid repairs after the standard warranty expires
- Troubleshooting and assistance with part replacements
- Warranty support for selected free gifts (as explicitly stated)
📌Be sure to retain your proof of purchase. Extended warranty benefits apply only when clearly mentioned and confirmed in your order.
